 MASA
enables thousands of Jewish youth to spend a semester or a year in Israel in any
of over 150 programs, helping them build a life-long relationship with Israel
and a firm commitment to Jewish life. Since
2003, MASA has been a catalyst in the developing new and exciting, quality programs
which express the multi-faceted experience of Israel. MASA
is managed by the "MASA Company Ltd.", an Israel-based non-profit organization
located in Jerusalem. The Company's chair is Ms. Ayelet Shilo-Tamir, and the CEO
is Dr. Elan Ezrachi. The MASA Company oversees all affiliated programs, designs
marketing campaigns, provides financial assistance to participants and organizes
enrichment programs for participants while in Israel. Some
